Responsible for the core design from concept to exterior. The team conducts market and trend research and user insight, then turns ideas into aesthetically refined, market-competitive product forms through sketching, 3D modeling, and CMF (color, material, finish) planning. It also leads brand identity, packaging, and UI/UX visual design — ensuring world-class consistency across appearance, experience, and brand, and supporting visual proposals for international design awards.

Responsible for the product's unseen yet most critical internal structure. The team turns exterior design into a mass-producible engineering reality — handling internal component layout, structural-strength analysis, tolerance and assembly design, and assessing mold feasibility and manufacturing cost. Working closely with the design and engineering sides, it solves challenges such as heat dissipation, waterproofing, and mechanical movement, ensuring products pass every safety certification while balancing aesthetics, durability, and production efficiency.

Responsible for bringing design to life and strengthening how the brand and its products communicate. The team creates product 3D animation, usage-scenario demos, UI motion, dynamic brand identities, and promotional films — transforming complex features and technical advantages into intuitive visual storytelling. Widely used for product launches, crowdfunding pitches, exhibitions, and social marketing, this work helps partners capture attention across digital channels and boost brand recall and global visibility.

The behind-the-scenes hub that keeps every project moving. The team handles project management and scheduling, client communication and requirement alignment, and coordination across the design, mechanical, and motion teams. It also manages international-award and patent-application administration, supply-chain and product-sourcing coordination, and contract and quality control — ensuring every project is accurate from quotation and execution to delivery, so partners can focus with confidence on their core business.
